countries with exchangeable license

So if such a list does not exists, it is time to write one. I will add here the cases I know from a fact.

keep adding to the list please.

doesnt the government, or the traffic department, or whatever office decides on this matter keep a list somewhere for the normal people to know?

Am I asking too much? It seems obvious that in a country with such a large foreign presence this kind of thing are publicized, but I find nothing!
