I need advises please, I'm working for a year now with a very strict company (doesnt give noc), I want to know if I can change to be under my husband sponsorship or no, what will be the case if I had resigned from my company, do they can prevent me to stay out of company accomodation & be with him? (my company already knows am married & approved it)

Your company is not "very strict". There are very much morons. Resign,leave the country and let your husband apply for family RP.
