HI, i had an accident with my car , a truck hit my car by the rear. the director of the company of the truck did not provide insuranc and told us that the driver is not an employee of the company ... so he will not paying the reparations??? police say that the driver must pay??? this is not normal it is for the company to ensure its trucks???? should I contact a lawyer??? and the driver is on tourist visa without a driving license .... this is a company that employs people without hiring and i think it s illegal here !!!! Who knows a good lawer here please ???

I think you will need to get a price quote from three separate garages and this will need to be submitted to the police.
