Barwa in Wakrah
Hi, does anyone of you who have slots in Barwa Housing in Wakra? We are family, who are given a chance to have slot in Barwa and asked us to provide documents required plus 2months manager's cheque. When signing the contract, it was mentioned that the cheque is non-refundable. But the staff keep telling us that it is refundable. So we told Barwa that we will just think first and come back once we are decided. Your legal advise will be appreciated.
oooh ma gosh!! i never know the deposit is non-refundable!! thanks for your kind information..i went to the construction site to check the flats. all i can say its spacious!
