Does anyone here stay at Al Zubara apartments near West Bay/City Centre? How is it like in terms of maintenance of the facilities, any known problems (ie air cons breaking down etc)? I read something here a while back that said maintenance there was not too good so just wanted to confirm if anyone else has the same experience.

BAD. Been there for one year and a half. Definitely not worth it. Maintenance is just appaling, building is not well maintained and nobody really cares. Swimming pool is dirty, AC is not working, furnitures are from the 80s. Once you sign the contract nobody will care about you. Unlike other tower, there are no services (cleaning, mail, laundry) and no intention from the tower management to imporve things. I would recommend to avoid it as much as possible. For the same price range check Al Rabban (next door), Bevery Hills or Regency Towers. Much higher standards.
