They are good but I recommend merzam residence which is not far away from the a/m palace. Merzam is an excellent choice for someone who is looking for comfort and good maintenance.

some flats do not have proper source for sunlight due to their improper locations within the building..
been there for more than a year.. well.. about security and maintainance, its really good..
new gym has recently being built.. not very coool, but the newly kids play area is goood..
good access to nearby gorceries who provide home delivery, which is actually almost 300 mtrs away from the building..
1 designated parking every flat.. for an additional one you need to get it for 200QR per month..
finally, its called Al-Sadd residence, not Al-fardan residence..
