Yahoo Messenger for BB - Qtel

Anyone had any luck configuring YM for BB on Qtel? I called them but i got the most ridiculous answer: I need to subscribe to Yahoo! Mail Plus in order for me to get the yahoo Messenger running. All i need is the Service Book for YM...

actually you have to download yahoo messenger to your blackberry,
