Wrong Name on RP?

Please help me out, how to change my sons name on RP?
They have put his first name and then my name on the RP and it is different than Name on Passport. His middle name and last name not on the RP.
My son's name : A B C
My Name: D E
What they did on RP: A D E (it is not matching the name on the passport)
I have assked my company mandoob and he is saying it is okay no problem, but it may be a probelm when coming back to Qatar, the RP is kind of visa to come back?
Is it a big deal to change the name on RP? Does someone know the process - I really want to get it done to aovid any hassle.

You could always change your son name in the RP, just visit to the Immigration, However there won't be any problem when you are coming back to Qatar from outside as the RP is stamped on the passport itself, if it is different then there might be a problem, but since the RP is stamped on your son PP itself, relax nothing will happen.
Same thing here - my surname is wildly misspelt, but my kids are correctly spelt. No problem on any trips in or out.
What do you mean by the RP ?
But in any case go to the immigration Department and ask for change and correct name of your son.
