Why French is necessary on QBS FM radio
From 1 pm till 4 pm, french transmission is on air on QBS radio FM 97.5, while driving I tuned on my radio and i was insane, i couldn't understand a single word. Why it is necessary to air in french, how many people in doha are french listeners. And if it is very necessary for a linguistic harmony among different nationalities then why not couple of hours should be dedicated for hindi/urdu transmission, I guess, Hindi/urdu listeners club is a widespread majority in Qatar (Indians,Pakistanis and Nepalis) and above all, QBS will earn a huge amount of revenue in terms of advertisement. What is your say on it?
M2r global, whats this?? is ur post related to the topic??? lolzzz
I really wish if there should be clear frequency for 89.1 and 101.6 which r aired from UAE..They r best for bollywood numbers...

I do think every day….
WHY should Qatar have a DISGUSTING national english channel like this in first place?
Really Sucks!!!!!
i've asked the same question to myself many times.
i drive home from work at 1.00 and go back at 3.45.
i'm forced to listen to french some days since the other frequencies are disturbed by wind.
alternatively i listen to 105.4 and 89.1 for uae - bollywood transmission, or other arabic channels.
I wonder if it is because there are many Lebanese people here. Many Lebanese people have French as their main or second language.
