Which Qatari oil and gas companies require shaving of beard due to H2S ?

Which Qatari oil & gas/petrochemical/chemical/oil refining companies require shaving or trimming of beard (long facial hair) and which do not due to presence of H2S gas at their plants ?
An URGENT response is requested.
Its required In Qchem ( co sister plant of QP ) /// Its compulsory for all technical workers - like from supervisors to the helpers !!!
Kareena G, at well sites, there is always a chance of toxic gases getting released into atmosphere for what ever reason. One has to wear gas mask and with beard, the leak path will be present which will result in bearded person to have less air form his cylinder as some of the air will be going out because of not having a very good seal on cheeks.
its a safety reason.. if u have long beard then the Breathing apparatus mask won't seal ur face area and have a chance of leak H2S to breath in.. if it happens then u will never get chance to trim ur beard....
Don't know about QP but rest of the companies do require shaving on their rig sites. Can't say much about the platforms as I have not been there.
Why would any company have problems with beards or any kind of facial hair, presence or absense.. It is a personal choice, isn't it?
