Can anyone suggest a good compound to live in in the Al Waab area?

We have a little boy who will be two in January so somewhere that is good for little ones would be great.

Maybe with a gym and and swimming pool too!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Drive around in the area you want to live in, when you see a compound that you like ask security if there are any villas for rent. Most of the compounds in Al-Waab have spaces and the prices are negotiable.

a lot of good compunds along al-waab area. beverly hills, al-faisaliya, al-zuhoor and the list goes on...but i prefer beverly hills compounds and/or al-emadi compund opposite american school of doha.
