Where to complain against Karwa?
I want to file a complain against Karwa's taxi service & I was wondering which government agency to complain to. I visited the consumer protection department on the website of the Ministry of Business & Trade, but it's more concerned with physical goods than services, & demanding a purchase invoice & supporting documents to consider the complain.
The complain is that when I book a taxi it arrives late most of the time, sometimes as late as half an hour. Also, drivers are often lost & they call & ask me for directions to my home.
I have made a verbal complain to Karwa's complaints dep. but nothing changed, that's why I want to complain to a gov. agency.
why don't you call the KARWA office and tell them your concerns, they will act on your complaints especially drivers with bad attitudes.. I hope you're able to get hold of the plate number..
