Diya-What nationality are you? I was lonely when i first came to Doha. Thats when I heard of various cultural organisations affiliated to the Embassy. Check with your embassy. Another option is to join some group here on QL. The groups often meet-up and you can meet more people there. Becoming friends is up to you. ;)
