But i've heard that applying for NANNIES of same nationality isn't allowed in DOHA..Not sure though..

Anyways, here is the process :

You need to get a NOC letter from your employer, which should state that they have no object to you applying for a maid and also stating your salary, and the nationality of the maid you want to get. Take this to the labour department on C-ring road, there is an application form that you need to get filled in and submit with the NOC. Will take atleast a week for the approval to come. Once you get the approval, give this to any manpower agency that brings in maids, and they will handle the rest in terms of getting the visa, flights, etc.

You have to find a proper way. You might get your nanny into trouble by providing her visitor visa. She probably speak poor English. If they ask her if she works in Qatar, what do you expect your nanny answer?

I would be happy even if I can get her for a month. because this summer holiday is too long for the children and we are not going anywhere, I need someone to watch them, this nanny has been with us for 5 years, my kids miss her also.

Visitor visa only last 1 month. I don't think it is a good idea.
