I'll hopefully be moving to Doha in the next month or so to take up a position with the UPDA, this has been a long time coming, and my package was negotiated about 6 months ago. Since then I have heard that inflation in Qatar has shot through the roof. can members give me an idea of some of the major costs, such as petrol and some more info on the housing shortage.

Much Much lower than DUBAI...

Bcoz none of our hard earned money will be spend on ENTERTAINMENT STUFFS... (We don't hav anything here though) LoL...

Thanks for your comments, accommodation would be in a villa 3/4 beds for a family of 4. Would you put the cost of living as lower than Dubai?

Bro..

Housing monthly paymenet depends on the area where u wanna live, with room mates , or with ur family..for Pterol and deisel is quite cheap. For furnature and such stuff you find different prices in different markets..
