My mother wants to visit me for a week. I am from India. Does anyone know the Visa procedures? Thanks.

You can straight walk into Airport Immigration counter (adjacent to Airport) and visa can be issued on the spot against payment of QR. 300/- which is valid for 1 month period. You have to produce proof of relationship of mom through your Passport. Also, you no need to book flight ticket on Qatar Airways as you can have your own conveient / choice flight (return ticket).

You can walk straight into Airport Immigration counter adjacent to Airport. Visa can be issued against payment of QR. 300/- which is valid for 1 month period. You can get Visa within minutes. Also, you no need to book ticket in Qatar Airways Flight. You can choose your convenient flight (return ticket compulsory).

If it's for one week, you can get here a Qatar Airways Visit Visa, it taks 3 working days for process costs around 300 I guess but you have to book her a return ticket on Qatar Airways, call them for more information. I am planning to get my mum a vivit visa next month :D
