My employer took decision to terminate me. the reason is that they are not capable of paying high salaries anymore. They gave me the no objection to move my visa but the problem is that it is impossilbe because i shifted my visa to them 7 months ago only. i need 1 year in order to be able to shift my visa. What i will do in the remaining 5 months? can i force them to pay me my salary for the remaining 5 months?i have another offer but visa transfer is impossible now and borrow was also rejected. HELP plz!! no rules? no laws?

Look its easy and not of a big fuss. I know many people who were only 7 months and the comapny fired or they resigned, they were given a no objection letter from the comapany and their visa was transfered. I suggest you take the "No Objection" letter and go to the invloved ministry and tell them your situation. Don't worry there are exceptions made, and I think you will be one of them. Talk to the officer in charge or let someone help you, or contact me through email and I might recommend someone to assist you...good luck!

ok. i asked my "agent = mandub"...he said u have no choices...thats the law.

but if ur x-company refuse to give u a borrow Certificate then let them at least not cancel ur visa, thus u would be working for the other company until this year finishes (although this is not legal but no body will know, its not that big deal)....

Gd luck !
