Had such a frustrating experience since day 1 with the local TV service provider (you know who). I balk when I read their customer charter. More like committed at every level to profit at the expense of customers being a monopoly provider here. The motto should be "Waiting for Ooreedoo" and standard phrase is sorry for the inconvenience...which means nothing in reality.
