stabilizing means stabilizing at this ridiculously high level...but even this not going to happen.. they take into consideration only two quarters of this year, but in the summer time everything slows down, including a rent rise… what did happen in September? Prices jumped up again…

and what do they mean:"... stabilisation of house rents, before coming down even further .” did prices go down?? did somebody notice it? please share...

and tomorrow all the expatriates will live on the moon. Guess it is time for the minister to show the world how "easy" and "affordable" it is for an expat to rent a decent villa

Ohhhhhh!!!One thing.. People can relax at least for a year due to postponement of demolitions in the proposed areas of Shara Kharaba, Musherib, Akai R/A, Abdulla Bin Thani and other surrourding areas. Can anyone tell me is this just Finance Minister's statement only or whether already approved by parliament/Gazetted.
