Qatar Legal System

By quiros.romanos7 •
Hi QLers. I've been lingering here now and then looking to someone that might help me with my dilemma. I filed a case against my realtor, since they did not give back my security deposit, which is refundable as per contract. It's quite a considerable amount so I took it up to court. The problem is I cannot speak arabic, neither is the judge and his assistant. We'd have to wait for a translator which is I think a busiest fellow there. Any advise for me? Or is there any lawyers out there who could help me out?
Your responses are all welcome.
Thanks.
Thanks Nishan. I tried that, I brought an arabic speaking friend with me a couple of times, but I can only bother him a few times. I've been in court almost every month for the past 2 years. Now, it seems I'm going around in circles and I thought its time to get a pro.
ive never been to the court, but may be you can take a friend of your's along with you who knows arabic. im sure you would have atleast one such friend.
