At the time of filling application they said there is free card for one year then the annul fee will be QR
fifty. Now I got the bill for JAN month in that i had fifty extra. So i called the marketing person he told me not to pay that extra fifty QR. So i cleared my bill. In the next month bill i got fifty + fifty total hundred again i called the marketing person he told he clear that then i got a msg Qr 50 has been credied to my bill. BUT IT WAS PURLY THEIR MISTAKE SO WHY Qr 50 extra for me i called coustomer survice i told i am not going to pay that but the next month again 50+50 =100 Qr has comeing till date
I dont know i should pay it or not. 100Qr or 200Qr is not a big amount, but i am angry for not transperancy.
dear guys dont blame on organizations with a single or few expriences no any organization can satisfy to their 100% customers.
alwayz get proper approach to resolve ur problems in organizations and this is the only way u can make ur works easy.

Yeah! im agree with sympatico!...use ur card wiseley! Hey! i have an idea for you why you don't try prepaid credit card, you can easily control the limit you want because you will be the one to finance the card. By the way this service at the moment, for online transaction only.

Mashreq is probably the $hi++iest bank in Qatar. We closed our corporate account with them last month.
I just get new Mashreq Credit Card and they clearly told me that when I used the card they will charge me 100.00 as annual fees. Obviously, you were mis-informed. They gave me two, one visa and one master card, so if i used both they will charge me 200.00. I was in Dubai and all credit cards is free of everything, just use it. In Qatar all credit cards have annual fees.
Just to remind you that when you start using your credit card, the bank will also start excavating six feet below the ground for you!....hehehehehe...use all credit card wisely to avoid that!
why u want plastic money ? it is a silent cheatter allways . there are more hidden intersts once u use u will get it
Welcome you're using visa, they will charge you more, the worst is CBQ visa card i pay 400 renewal card, plus 500 every month as insurance, by the way, all banks are like that, any bank you will use you will have problem with it!!!
