No 5% cashback from IBQ if monthly spending is less than 1000 QR?

I called them today, and they say that I will not get cashback if the spending is less than 1000 QR. Anybody faced this problem before?

even if u spend more than 100000 per month and got the cash back ,u will find ur self losing more than what u get

It's in the terms & conditions. Plus you can only redeem the cashback once you have more than QR180.

so thats the catch:) but logically it shoudl not be as there is no star (*) condition mentioned on IBQ site for this refund. it says for all your transactions u will get 5% cashback.
