Needs you friends comments on rent cost

Hi Guies,

I'm a Chinese from China PRC, will work in Doha for serveral years, I have to move out from hotel and rent a flat within one month after I aboard Doha on Jun 15th, 2010.
I really need you friends give me a good idea about the rent cost, following is my requirements,

1.A flat with one bed room, one bath room and a kitchen.
2.All furnished with refrigerator & air condition.
3.Landline Broadbrand
4.24*7 water and gas
5.parking place
6.Close to Al Whada Street 391,Amwal Tower(less than 5km)

Apprecaite if you friends can give me a suggestion on the rent price or any other ideas.

If you check the newspaper you find these days a 2-bedroom apartment in building/compound with swimming pool and gym, Internet, water and electricity included for QAR 7,000 per month. Parking is free outside your house/building. It's there in today's newspaper (Ain Khalid area)
