- The Labour Law states that employers must provide housing or housing allowance.

- The employment contract sets the terms and conditions for employment which should include amount of housing or provision of accomodation

- The employer should not claim back any money paid for housing as long as this has not been previously agreed.

- She can complain at the Labour Department on C ring road, but this will of course put her in trouble and the company may then terminate her contract and send her back home.

- The advise is she needs to reach an agreement with her employer.

- One question is if the other company provided her with accomdation, was that for free? was it agreed with her employer?

- It is very tricky but what does her contract say?

Depending on the nature of the problem you may file a complint at labour department, you can go to huma rights committee or hire a lwayer to adress your issue.
