I am presently working as HR, termination is valid upon your statement. But before termination they should have given you warning letter and when you repeat again then thats time of termination.

As HR, they dont like absenteeism, complains from department head will be directed to the HR department.

Being absent from work every month for 1 or 2 days shows indiscipline unless you have a valid reason to do so. As suggested by most here better check with the HR of your company. If absence is the reason for termination you can explain them the need to take that leave or apologise if it was done intentionally.

Respect the employment opportunity that the Almighty has blessed you with. There are many who are willing to work hard but aren't getting the opportunity.

Guys like you, no good English, no good discipline as I understood from your statement, maybe not looking good, they were right in terminating you as you do not value the good opportunity you have.

1) Check with your supervisor or manager and then go to HR to find out the reason for termination.

2) Your absence may be causing the company to lose money or delay the project.

3) You may not have valid reason to be absent

In any case, they should have given you first a verbal warning, second time warning letter and 3rd time salary deduction before termination

I don't know, maybe that is only me. Only your immediate supervisor can give you a proper answer or HR

It would be best if you will read your contract first. From there you will know the legalities.
