it is possible to find an another job or company but my contract is not finish yet in my present work.but my previous company not giving release..is there any qatar labor laws about this??anybody who knows everything about labor law here in qatar ?im waiting for the answers and details..thanks

the answer is easy: no NOC - no transfer. Moreover, you have to finish at least 1 year (in some cases 2 years) with the same sponsor, then to get a NOC, then to try your luck in transferring.

anwar, embassies have absolutely nothing to do with it! No one embassy will go against the Qatari law, it is nonsense, one has to understand it.

Sorry wrong posting.

Friend take offer letter from other company and ask your G.M for noc,if not try your Embassy or ask ur company for salary hike and facilities.
