How can I get my Phone line and internet connected?
I have requested my ADSL internet and telephone connection in early February at our new Home. I have personally gone to request to QTel 5 times and my Wife 4 times. I have phoned them 5-8 times and they told me they will take action. They ignore me. There is no-repercussion for QTel
I have tried every way.
Looks like they need competition.
I am not impressed by the service and treatment of a customer
Would like to get some kind soul to help me get connected.
Qtel sucks....and its customer services bigggg time sucks...n damass stupid creatures cant do anythin except adjustin tht shit on their heads...lol...
ive submited my request form to shift place on 17thjan n on tht day customer service guy gave me a inquiry number n told me to call 115. 115 bastards doesnt take any calls..anyhow i waited for an hour they picked..i told thm abt my prob n can u guys believe..wht callcenter said?? 115callcenter said..."still customer service havnt submited ur form...sir, date was 5thmarch.best thing she adviced me to visit again the same branch and talk to the same person to whom u hand overd ur form" i was like....wht the F....where do i find tht creature...??lol
thn i told her...ive mozaic tv,phone n adsl, and as per u guys havnt transfered my line to new localtion..so i dont hav to pay for the month of feb??right. she said...no sir u have to pay.............wtf..hahahaha
u still lucky my experience is terrible i dont use my landline for almost 2 years fully paid but when i apply for new line they charge me almost 1,600.rials after i paid coz no chance we need internet,they said after 10 working days but almost a month before i got new one...
just keep calling them, and remind , you will get it soon, but there is nothing you could do other than wait. nowdays its taking around 8 weeks or more
thank God i am not only person who is facing this problem i have apply in jan 2010 still same thing when call to 115 i have to wait till 30 miutes.
Qtel is very bad at customer services nowadays. I had the same problem when I shifted my house. They don’t ignore you actually they are extremely busy and the contractor assigned for the field work has their own priorities.
One more thing if your connection is still not installed change your request to Mozaic TV (TV, Landline and Internet) Plus that will give you 2months free with no installation charges.
