chelsea, it's quite surprising that you can't edit your PROFILE information..
Can you see MY MENU tab on the left side of QL SCREEN?? Click that..You will see MY PROFILE and then click EDIT..It's done..
Or you can click your USERNAME at the top right side of the QL SCREEN to do the changes...
UkEng... There is no option on my profile to edit my personal information. I can edit my signature etc but not my profile.
click on your user name it will take you to your profile, click on the edit tab to edit your details
May be the "contact" link at the top of the page helps. Try requesting the admin to make the change as required.
I don't know how to do it either so hope someone comes up with an answer that works!
Soniya - there's no option to edit your profile info.
Go to MY MENU..Click MY PROFILE...Click the EDIT button then...Change the details as per your need...
