Im planning to resign this June for a minor surgery in my country but im leaving my family here in doha wife and my child,my child is under my sponsorship.my querries are.

1.can my wife immediately sponsor our child?by the way my wife is working in hamad.
2.can i come back here in doha after 6 months just to visit my family with no intention to work?

needs your advice and opinion please please.
