If i arrive in Qatar will i be arrested due to my unpaid credit card in Kuwait... Please help i need to know...

banks usually have a network here in the GCC and sooner they will find out your location here and the sequential order will be implemented thus putting yourself in jeopardy

Yes for sure... first the immigration will send you back to kuwait to settle your debts there & after thats the only time they will allow you to enter Qatar... worst come to worst they will detain you & wait for the bank representative to arrive to settle everything...
