when i was new i belived my manger too........as time go by u come to know....i was in the preopening team in the begining everyone is so good to you they open doors for you when you walk. the have this big fake smile on their face on the orientation day...when the property goes in to full operation if u go to them for some help they just ignore.

Hmm...the manager told us that Hyatt is a perfect company for promoting and building a career and he even said that we can be tranfered some place else after 6 months....what should we believe in???

i worked for Hyatt around 6 years back most of the people hired dont have any experience but promotions and transfers bit hard to get.

The salaries they were offering were in QR. The salary for my position is QR 3 500. But I doubt Im gonna be accepted on that position coz I have no experience.

It is always the lost that need my guidance

i still see lot of debris lying around there still another 3 to 4 months to open i think....anyways congrats for ur new job all the best.

Depends where you are from..If they will provide accomodation then I Think it should more than enough..Good luck..

yes, u can survive. u can`t get more salary in hotel. That`s maximum for ur position. but i heard GH will give service charge as well. they`re only the one who give service charge for the staff. take the offer, and good luck. GH always been my dream job (before)
