13000 Housing
2000 Transport
3000 Incentive
I have 15 years of experience, please lete me know is this a good offer. I have a 1 year old son and a wife.

Second, do we have a big chinese community there.
I know this question is asked multiple times but still very importent for me

31 Grand is fine to live with the family.. today you can find nice fully furnished 3BR flat for about 9,000. car will cost you around 2500-3000, food+household for family of 3 is another 2500-3000. The rest is up to you: to spend on clothes, to spend on travel/outings, to save it, to donate it.. :)

Chinese community is not too big, rather very small.. at least comparing to chinese community in Toronto :):)

Congrats .. thats a great offer .. you could have a decent life here .. but it all depends on how you want to live...but thats enough for a normal (little abnormal) life style ....

I think you can manage but not great savings, housing is very expensive a 3 bed room is more than 10000.
