I know this is a common question, but backlogs from QatarLiving shows responses from 2010 and earlier. SO, has anyone undergone LASIK surgery here in Qatar in the recent months? I went to Al Magrabi Eye, Ear and Dental Center in D-ring road and had an appointment with Dr Ahmed Elantry. He said he's been performing LASIK since 2001, and I would very much like to know your ophthalmology experience here in Doha. Worth doing LASIK in Doha?

I would look for someone who did it say about 4-5 years back to know if everything is alright with them after that many years.
