i have get noobjection cetificate from my previous company because present company give good offer after probation priod of one year after one year they are not considering the offer so how can get the noobjection certificate from company .if i resign any probleum to get noobjection certificate

Your question is not clear.. i must say if your are resigning form a company before the end for your contract you will get a ban of 2 years if you can arrange a no objection Certificate then it will be six months.
