can anyone tell me plz, in case u don't have an exit permit, and your spnsor is outside the country, can u get one, in case your parents are sick and u need to visit them A.S.A.P?
will the authorities issue for you in this case an exit permit, even with the absence of your sponsor?
Only the people on the 'al muncha' (computer card/signature card) are allowed to sign an exit permit. In order to obtain the permit, this al muncha is taken along with all of the application paperwork to the immigration dept and the signature on the application is checked against the official signature on al muncha.
I work for a big company and our Qatari sponsor was away for a few months in the USA and if we needed anything signed the only way to do it was DHL to USA for signature.

i think the awnser is NO
bcoz only the sponsor have the Right to sign on ur exit permit
but if u r in company sponsor then it will possible
frankly no... But den, if ur comments are true, u can keep a guarantor for ur definite return. Der wud b others standin in 4 ur sponsor if u r workign with a big firm who has de authorization for signin de exit permit.
