PBS&J International, Inc., in association with Horizon Group Qatar and Lea+Elliott, has been awarded a contract by Qatari Diar to provide program and construction management services for the Lusail Light Rail Transit (LRT) project.

dont quote me but i thought that deutsche bahn were involved? the links out fo lusail are only at concept design stage but i believe there are plans to display one of the rolling stock up at the QD lusail office at some point
