If someone wants to bring compact floor mill (chakki to make atta at home,small in size, weight 30 kg) from India by flight, then here on Doha airport they will allow it without custom duty?

Many of my relatives bring it to US but I don't have idea about Doha so asking this question. If anyone bring it to Doha by air, then please share your experiance.

Why would you want to get something like this in your house.. when the best flours are available here off the shelf in a mall??
