Any one of you cheated by rent a car for paying a rental daily while his rented car is in garrage for being repair because of accident due to other's fault...with police report produced.

Part of GUlf times report today by one company explained
“The customers do get a replacement vehicle if the accident is not due to their fault. Almost all of our vehicles are insured comprehensively. And that is the case with almost every one in the industry,” Balu said.

I never get a replacement instead of that I have to pay daily rental while the car is in garagge, sounds annoying.

Rent a Car...usually provide a replacement car even for the routine 5,000 Km Oil change servicing time.

If they dont you have the option to terminate their services.

They are providing the service.

You have to make the Decision to stay with the service or not!
