As my knowledge can come any time if you have got a no objection letter from your previous sponsor, otherwise two years.
cherukhan is right...with NOC any time but without NOC..no way till 2 years...It has been about an year for me here..since last year i have been hearing about the abolition of the NOC rule but its still there..only GOD knows when this rule is going to change
