I have fixed RO Dispenser fixed at my home. The marketing person who came to fix the dispenser promised that service is free for life and if we shift the house within Qatar re-installation is also free. Now we are in the process of shifting. Then the service guys are saying that we have to pay QAR 275 for re-installation and fixing etc etc. The company does not have a communication system between their department. This is just to warn you against marketing guys who give false promises. Can anybody suggest how can I lodge a complaint for this?

if you have a written confirmation about what you are saying, you can go to the police and complain.
