Bribe
I would like to know from the people who have spent quite few years in Qatar whether the Governament officials or cops both LE and Traffic cops expect a bribe to be paid for expediting their work. Is it wise to offer a bribe to get our work done or skip LE action. Has anyone of you ever offered a bribe in Gulf.

I am not saying that bribing is here at zero level,but I am advising you not to think about it here.Before we were paying for rp just providing stamp tickets to police man in jawazat.once I forget one hundrate riyal note inside passport and submited it.it was hardest time in my 3 decade carrier here.
why not try it then tell us how it goes?

Try bribing a cop here. I am sure you shall have nightmares about bribes all your life.
dont even think of bribing a cop here in qatar.
