I would regard this ad with extreme caution. It has all the hallmarks of a scam, which will lead to a request for payment of some sort.
No bank would try to recruit employees via a free classified ad, with only a hotmail address as contact.
What is Sherwin's job title and where is he based?
Sherwin claims to work for Barclays as he gives their address on his post. If this is true, he should provide his correct business email at Barclay's.
