Al Ahli BAD Hospital Experience

I have a serious condition of my spine and require emergency surgery to repair degraded discs that a pressing my spinal column. The hospital expects me to make unnecessary trips to pay a ridiculous deposit to ensure that I was able to have an MRI appointment. They couldnt take payment over the phone. I had to visit the hospital in extreme pain just to pay this.
The person that was making the appointment on the phone was rude and almost abusive about making the appointment. Saying "No money, no appointment", this is not how a hospital should treat its patients and these practices should be addressed.
I have now ceased all treatment at this hospital and will be making further complaints as I see fit.
You r right.Even I had very bad Experience as well. I went for my wife's check up,on phone they told me I can see any doctor as walk in patient but upon my arrival the nurse was very rude n abusive n showed us fake list of 28 patients as their work load and ordered us to visit some other day.it was really bad ,now I have decided to do complete boycott.the staff n service is very bad.they are
not handling their patients professionally.
