If NOC is given by employer, can one continue to stay in Doha without an RP? What if CID stops you to show RP and its expired can one show the NOC?

As per Qatar Labor Law, you can't work or even visit here for 2 years unless there is NOC from your previous employer.

You can enter and work in Qatar anytime (no need to wait for 24 months) without any problems if your previous sponsor issue No Objection Certificate. If you previous sponsor refuse to issue NOC, then you have to wait for 24 months. Meanwhile visiting on visit Visa is not a problem.

hello,

as far as i know it depends on the status of your previous visa. if you were holding a work visa before you went out of the country then sad to say you need to wait for 2 years before you can come back. but if you were here on a visit or business visa, it will not be a big deal as long as you have someone to sponsor your visa.
