Hi, while reading those comments, you mentioned minimum salaries.. just wanted to know how much is the minimum salary here? Is it stated in the law?

Thanks..

There are lots of clandestine companies who are aggravating to run their firms by employing humans on actual low accomplishment or even months after payment. They should be brought afore the law and austere accomplishments taken upon. The guy has to alone adios such an action and move on with the bigger job coursing for his own good, unless and until he wishes to cull himself into the brink.

It would be dirty if you tell them..

"How about I pay you?"

Tell them you will work for them regular hours as per your contract terms, but at the end of the month, you will issue the CEO a 3000 riyal check ( I, myself can contribute 1000 for 3 months"

The first point stated by you clears out the difference of opinion we had while assuming your previous comment was intended for Marco 84's opening post instead of fordrip. The second point still doesn't justify anything about minimum wage excluding all the facilities that one deserves to survive the rising cost of life here.

I have no comments about your verdict, But I need you to pay attention on 2 things, 1) I did not mention him to go for salary of 800, i was replying for the previous post of fordrip that he mentioned about office boy salary.

2) Since this safety officer is offered his accommodation by the company and you know and you mentioned rent hike which is really bothered for the companies.

Excuse me, no offense to your above comment..What do you mean by self-evaluation? If the guy has stated his job post and offer, it's enough. 3000 QR is too low an offer for the job post he mentioned. The experience and certifications are all gimmicks set forth by the hiring managers. They do not account for 80 percent of successful job secures. I've seen 10th grade drop outs bossing(fooling around) highly qualified personnel in many companies here. If an employee has a right to live and work here according to his wish, he is entitled to minimum wage, which for a country like this is 4.5 to 5 K. It's not our problem if people are unaware of minimum standards and prefer to work and survive somehow on wages lesser than that. They should realize that this place is wrong for them. In a country like this are you trying to imply that the so called person should consider living even on a monthly wage as low as 800 based on his experience and qualifications? That Sir... IMO is too rude and a misguide outright. I hope you know how the rents here are going up along with the cost of life, as per the standards increasing slowly for 2022 moto.

There are lots of private companies who are trying to run their firms by employing people on very low wages or even months without payment. They should be brought before the law and strict actions taken upon. The guy has to only reject such an offer and move on with the better job hunt for his own good, unless and until he wishes to pull himself into the brink.

Dont go as per qatarliving comments, Once you get an offer letter and you have to evaluate yourself and check with many other factors. These commenting guys even dont know who you are , what is qualification or you certified in Qatar Institutes or you have any experience in similar field . Better you post your CV and let them evaluate and let them say comments.safety officers salary offered and salary paid depends on the company and depends on the candidates performance during the Interview. Office boys are taking salary from Qr: 800 to Qr:8000, it does not mean every office boys are taking QR:8000. You should not be misguided and loose your opportunity, Hold your offer letter and attend another interviews, then you will get to know about the packages provided in general and get to know about your skills. Satisfy yourself with your experience and qualification. All the best!

Not worth at all. Cost of living is very expensive in here. Negotiate some more if you can.

Best of luck...
