I've been reading through the forum regarding the rental cost for a 2-BR apartment, that ranges between QR6.5k-8k(?). I was just wondering if you could help me out here by answering these questions..

1. what's the condition of this type of apartment normally, is this a fully furnished or unfurnished apartment?
2. What about the built-up area - how many square foot or square metres are we talking about here?
3. Are there any places, other than Doha, that is possible to live in? Are the rentals in these other areas cheaper than Doha?

I'd really appreciate your feedback on these.. thanks in advance!!

....so is it safe to assume that a 2 BR furnished (which is a relative term) apartment in a good multi cultral neighbourhood will cost 10-12K per month?
