Description
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering , certification in CSWIP 3.1& NDT level II
- Huge working experience in QA/QC, Welding, NDT, Coating in the steel fabrication,Structure,Piping, Manufacturing ,Construction ,Oil & Gas field
- Familiar with international codes and standards such as ASME SEC II,V,VIII, IX,ASTM, ASME B31.3, API 650 & AWS D1.1 & Specific project requirements. Including welding requirements for various type of materials like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Low Alloy Steel
- Witnessing/Arranging Hydro tests, Pneumatic Tests, Non Destructive tests,Holiday test, Destructive Lab tests, Material up-gradation etc.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Piping, Welding, Painting, Coating,NDT, Structural, Civil activities in Oil and Gas Construction & maintenance field.
- Test Package Identification, Preparation and Review.
- Preparation, Reviewing of WPS, PQR, ITP & Method of Statement.
- Quality management experience in issuing Project procedures (Project Quality Plans, Project procedures, ITPs & Method of Statements).
