Summary: I have been involved with the Hotel restaurant & catering industry for just over 17, years. I m Organize the Catering establishment under the required standards, and statutory regulations and ensure the efficient and economic use of all allocated resources. I have taken on numerous roles during the past decade and recently, I have filled managerial positions for one catering unit I am experienced in all forms of catering; particularly when the task revolves around client relations and handling important events, commitment to take full responsibility for the day to day management of a busy department.
