I am looking to invest in the region of UAE, Qatar and even Turkey but within Qatar I am finding it hard to find estate agents, (if that is what they are called in Doha), that will do property and do it to values that are not always in the highest brackets, (such as The Pearl)? I have approximately $US150,000 / 500,000QAR to invest but even in the Qatar Yellow & White Pages can't find many agents.

All I want is a 1 bedroom apartment in an area easily rentable like Old Airport, Najma, Al Mansoura etc that would come with a renewable residency permit, can anyone give me some feedback, or am I to look at Istanbul or Dubai only?
