yes u can open your company while u are working other company and u are (silent) partner in this company but if u want same work which is your company is working so it is problem for u when the first company know about this . so better to think before work.
Dont forget you are under their sponsorship. But like i said, finally its a decision you can make. if you handle both with ease go ahead. But have a plan as to what youll do if your employer finds out. simple solution. if you are married, and if u have your wife here, start in her name.
Technically also, if I open a business I'm not working for anyone else, I'll be working for my self. Lets put it this way, it is like buying my own car. My current employer does not have any power over my possessions right? if I buy an existing business that is already in operation, are you saying I can't buy it unless I leave my current employer?
Here's the Deal. Technically.. As long as you are working somewhere, you are not allowed to work for anyone else or be involved in something of your own. Unless it is mentioned in your contract that you can. But you are allowed to be a (silent) partner in a firm - meaning that you have nothing to do with its operations. this is the law. U
